I have been pet sitting, both solo and with my family, for many years. I am especially experienced sitting in the Monterey Bay area, but I’ll travel anywhere that calls.

I’ve had the joy of sitting with many dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. Every dog has its unique personality, and I take pride in getting to know each dog personally, and catering to each dog’s individual needs and preferences. I focus on providing social interaction and emotional support, making sure your dog feels loved and secure while you are away. When I take care of dogs, we aren’t just a family, we’re a pack! I prefer to keep us together both at home and on the go. I love taking active pups on lots of exciting and stimulating adventures. That said, I am also content being a homebody, if that’s what your pet prefers.

 My experience covers a broad range of essential aspects including daily routines like feeding, walking, and playtime. I take special care in administering medication, and supporting special dietary needs and restrictions. I’m prepared to respond to emergency health situations with calm and efficiency. I use basic training techniques, reinforcing positive behavior while gently correcting any issues. When out and about among other dogs and people, I typically keep my pals on leash and under control, for their safety and the safety of others. Once we know each other, we can play off leash when it is safe and fun. Some dogs just have to run!

 I love sending lots of pics and pupdates, so you can follow along with the action while you are away. I treat your home like a guest, making sure to keep it clean and in good order. You can expect to return to a home that is neater and cleaner than you left it. I practice a “no guests” policy so you can rest assured I will be the only person in your home while you are traveling.

 Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats, but I am fine with outdoor cats and other pets that need care.
